MENOCRAZYMOMENTS is a passionate project bringing a chilling out moment and laugh.
They are humorous tales about a woman, Seona, as she experiences menopause, and her thoughts and imagination. And how Ada and especially Talia, her best friends, who are not yet going through that phase of a woman’s life, live their adventures with her.

ABOUT
I am a qualified Pilates instructor and jazz dance instructor 💃🏽. I was born and raised in Gabon, daughter of a Gabonese mother 🇬🇦 and a Spanish father 🇪🇸. I began posting occasional stories on my Facebook profile in 2022 as a pastime.
I got the idea of ”MENOCRAZYMOMENTS” 👑 because I am in menopause myself 😄♀️, and based on some of the symptoms of that period in a woman’s life, I wanted to bring a little moment of fun to others ladies also going through that stage.
So I changed some of the stories I wrote before to MENOCRAZYMOMENTS (“meno” for menopause and “crazy moments” because of the stories), and came up with the website in January 2025. 💻📱
Change can be scary or uncomfortable, but menopause is just another opportunity to feel our strength within.💪
Ladies, let’s remember ladies that we are powerful 💪🏼, we are priceless 🌟, we are queens 👑, we are WOMEN 🌹, WE ARE LADIES QUEENS. 💗💪🏼👩🏾👩🦰
